Firstred announced the final close of its debut M&A fund, with RMB 6.8bn of total capital commitments. Firstred invests primarily in buy & build opportunities with a focus on new economy industries including industrial & technology, healthcare, and consumer. The limited partners of the fund are institutional investors including insurance companies, fund of funds and blue-chip corporates and founders. Firstred Capital will seek to deliver attractive returns and opportunity for ongoing strategic cooperation to its partners.
